Event Videos:
Event Videos can record between 5 to 30 seconds for free users, and up to 120 seconds for Premium users. If you are a free user, please upgrade to Alfred Premium to get longer Event videos.
Moment videos:
Moment videos are manually recorded from Live that can only record between 5-30 seconds at the moment.
Continuous Recording Footage:
Continuous Recording Footage is a maximum of 8 hours of loop recording, and we currently do not support customizing the video loop length. If your loop video is less than 8 hours, it is likely that the free storage space on your Camera device is less than the minimum storage requirement. Please free up some space on your Camera device by following the links below:
