Although we'd love for everyone to enjoy using the Alfred app, we understand that there may come a time when you'd like to delete your account. Please follow the steps provided to submit an account deletion request:

How to submit a delete account request?
Method 1:
- Contact us from the More tab in the app
- Select "Account & Settings > Account & Device Management > Delete my Alfred account" as the category
- Make sure you read and accept all the information, and then tap “Delete Account”
- Enter the verification code that Alfred sends to your email with the subject “Your AlfredCamera Verification Code”
- Submit your request
Method 2:
Contact support@alfred.camera to provide your account information and request the deletion of your account.
Another delete account method for iOS devices
If you are using iOS devices, you may also send an account deletion request via the steps below:
- Tap the "More" tap
- Tap your [account name]
- Tap "Delete account"
- Make sure you read and accept all the information, and then tap “Delete Account”
- Enter the verification code that Alfred sends to your email with the subject “Your AlfredCamera Verification Code”
- Submit your request
⚠️ Note: Once your account is deleted, all data including your Motion Events and Moments will be permanently deleted in 14 days.
How do I revoke Alfred's access to my contact information?
If your Alfred account was created by using "Continue with Google/Apple," besides deleting your account, please also revoke Alfred's access to your contact information:

For Premium Users
Deleting your Alfred account does not mean your subscription will be canceled or refunded, please see How do I cancel my subscription? Or How do I transfer my Membership/Subscription?
⚠️ Note: If you use the Alfred Web version, you can only submit via Contact us > Sign in with Google. If you sign in with Apple ID/Email, please submit it in the app.
Can I revoke the account deletion request?
Once you submit the request, your account will be scheduled to be deleted within 14 days. However, if you change your mind within 7 days of submission, you can contact us via "Contact Us > Account & Settings > Account & Device Management > Others" to revoke your account deletion.
