Please make sure you've followed the necessary steps to turn on Motion Detection. If you've followed the setup guide for Motion Detection already but are still running into issues, it could be that:
The Camera device went offline
The Camera device might have gone offline. You can use Camera Health Check, which is updated every 4 hours, to check on the device's network situation. If your Camera device is offline, you can troubleshoot the connection issues and try again.
The Camera device is disabled
To check if your Camera device has been disabled:
- Select the Camera device you want to check
- Make sure the Camera device toggle is turned on
There's a temporary glitch
From time to time a temporary glitch may happen between Viewer and Camera devices. Under such circumstances, wait for 30 seconds and try again.
