We ship to the following locations:

- United States (including Alaska and Hawaii (Guam and Puerto Rico are currently unavailable due to shipping limitations)
- Canada
- Taiwan
- European countries that are available with the Amazon Logistic service (including Germany, Italy, Spain, and the UK.
AlfredCam Plus (AC201)

Is AlfredCam waterproof?

AlfredCam(AC101) is not designed to be waterproof or heatproof. This means that the device may not be able to withstand exposure to water, humidity, or extreme temperatures. Please ensure that AlfredCam(AC101) is used in a dry and cool environment to prevent damage to the device.

Why was my payment declined?

Currently, we use PayPal as our third-party payment processor for in-app and Alfred Webshop purchasing channels. If you are experiencing a payment failure, please see the suggested instructions in PayPal’s help center.

For Amazon orders, please advise your banking facilities for more guidance if you encounter payment issues.

Can I get a Premium free trial?

We offer a FREE one-month Premium service to users who purchase AlfredCam for the first time. This allows you to experiment with the perfect combination of AlfredCamera’s software and hardware. Returns, Refund, and Warranty Policy

Undamaged AlfredCam may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 14 days after the delivery. As we do not offer exchanges, you may return the undamaged AlfredCam for a refund, and repurchase a new one again. To see more information, please see our Returns, Refund, and Warranty Policy.
