When will I receive my order?
Your orders are processed via Standard Shipping and they will be delivered within 3-7 business days (for the European region, the Standard Shipping time will be around 5-8 business days). After placing the order, you will receive an email with shipping information and a tracking number where you can find the details of your order and package delivery status.
In very rare cases, due to circumstances beyond our control, for example, the holiday peak season or unexpected weather conditions...etc., the order might take more than 7 business days to deliver. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and please contact us if you have any concerns regarding the package delivery status, arrival date, or delay. Unfortunately, we currently do not offer expedited shipping yet but we promise we will strive to make this happen soon.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. To check your shipping status, please find it under My Orders via the More tab in your AlfredCamera app.
If you would like to cancel your order, please follow the steps below:
- Tap the More tab
- Tap My Orders
- Select the order that you want to cancel
- Tap Cancel order under the order details of your order
After submitting your request, you’ll receive an order cancellation confirmation email. We will refund your payment in 5-7 business days after you receive the confirmation email.
Can I change my shipping address?
You can change your shipping address within 1 hour of placing your order. To change your shipping address, please follow the steps below:
- Tap the More tab
- Tap My Orders
- Select the order that you want to edit
- Tap Change under the shipping details of your order
- Update your new shipping address
- Tap Save
Why was my payment declined?
Currently, we use PayPal as our third-party payment processor. If you are experiencing a payment failure, please see the suggested instructions in PayPal’s help center.
My order status is delivered but I did not receive it
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can't find it: Please check with your housemates, neighbors, or your mailbox. The carrier may have been placed in a more secure area if available. If you still cannot locate the package, please reach out to us via the in-app Contact Us channel for further assistance.
