Upgrading Your Subscription

If you are currently subscribed to Premium Standard through Google Play or the Apple App Store, you can upgrade to Premium Plus directly in the app without canceling your existing plan. If you subscribed on the AlfredCamera website, go to Account Settings in WebViewer and select Manage subscription.

  • Your Premium Standard subscription will be replaced automatically
  • Your Premium Plus subscription will start immediately
  • Any remaining value from your current plan will be handled by the app store

You will NOT be charged twice, and you will not lose any remaining subscription value during the upgrade.

⚠️ Note:

  1. To upgrade your subscription, you must use the same subscription platform and the same account that was used for the original purchase.
  2. If you subscribed through PayPal, or your subscription came with an AlfredCam, upgrading is completed on the AlfredCamera website.

How billing works during an upgrade

The price shown during an upgrade may differ from a regular subscription. This is normal, as unused value from your current plan will be credited or refunded, ensuring you are not double-billed and your Premium features continue uninterrupted.

Depending on how you originally subscribed:

  • Apple App Store / Google Play: The app store automatically calculates your remaining balance and applies it as a credit or partial refund according to platform policies.
  • PayPal / AlfredCam Bundles: You will be charged for the new plan immediately. Your previous subscription is automatically canceled, and the unused balance will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
