Your Subscription Status
Once you upgrade to Premium, you can check your account status by going to the More tab in the app, a Premium badge will be shown next to your account and the Premium tab will no longer appear on the lower navigation bar.
⚠️Note: Along with the status change, you shall receive a confirmation email titled "Welcome to AlfredCamera Premium" containing the order number of your subscription, please make sure to preserve this email.
Updating Payment Details
Depending on where you purchased your Premium subscription from, the steps to update your payment details might differ:
Subscription made via Google Play
- Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device
- Make sure you log into the account you placed your order with
- Tap Drawer Menu
- Tap Payments & subscriptions
- Tap Payments methods
- Add/Edit your credit card details

Subscription made via App Store
- Open the Settings app on your iOS devices
- Make sure you log into the account you placed your order with
- Tap your account name
- Tap Payments & Shipping
- Add/Edit your credit card details

Subscription made via PayPal
- Go to PayPal's website
- Make sure you log into the account you placed your order with
- Click Wallet
- Select your payment method from the left side of the page

Transferring Your Subscription
To transfer your subscription to another account, please fill out this form with the following information:
- The Alfred account currently associated with the subscription
- Order number (Please find it in the order confirmation or check out Google Play Store, App Store, or PayPal)
- The Alfred account to which you would like the subscription transferred
⚠️ Note: Videos in Event Book and Moments will not be transferred to the new account. If you wish to keep all the videos, please save them to your device first.
Canceling Your Subscription
We are sorry to see you leave, it's important to note that the platform through which you subscribe will also be the platform through which you manage your subscription, if you would like to cancel the Premium service, please based on your original purchasing platform follow the steps to cancel your subscription.
Google Play
You can either follow Google's self-help flow or
- Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device
- Make sure you log into the account you placed your order with
- Tap Drawer Menu
- Tap Payments & subscriptions
- Select AlfredCamera
- Tap Cancel subscription
- Confirm the cancellation
App Store
- Open the Settings app on your iOS devices
- Make sure you log into the account you placed your order with
- Tap your account name
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select AlfredCamera Premium
- Tap Cancel Subscription
PayPal
- Go to the PayPal account settings page
- Make sure you log into the account you placed your order with
- Tap Payments
- Tap Manage pre-approved payments
- Tap Cancel or Cancel automatic billing
⚠️ Note:
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you unsubscribe. Uninstalling the app will not cancel your subscription.
- If you used guest checkout on PayPal to subscribe to Premium, please get in touch with our support team via the in-app "Contact Us" channel to cancel your subscription.

Can I change the billing cycle of my Premium subscription?
To change your billing cycle, please cancel your current subscription and then subscribe again with your preferred billing cycle. This process applies to Google Play and PayPal subscriptions.

Can I change the billing platform of my Premium subscription?
Currently, we do not have the capability to directly transfer your Premium subscription from one billing platform to another.
To switch your billing platform, please first cancel your existing Premium subscription through the platform it was originally purchased on. Once your current subscription period ends, you can then subscribe anew on your preferred platform.
Why can't I find my subscription in Google Play/App Store/PayPal?
If you're unable to locate your subscription in Google Play, the App Store, or PayPal, ensure you're signed into the correct account used for the purchase. Check your order confirmation for account details.
Can I pause my subscription instead of canceling it?
Google Play subscribers have the option to pause their subscription. For guidance on pausing, please see https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/7018481.
Can I still finish the rest of my subscription if I cancel?
After canceling your subscription, you'll retain access to Premium features until the end of the current billing cycle.
