For iOS devices, we recommend enabling Guided Access. This feature helps keep your app running in the foreground, reducing the likelihood of the camera going offline. In other words, Guided Access provides a more stable connection experience for AlfredCamera on iOS devices.

Set up Guided Access
- Go to Settings
- Tap on Accessibility
- Tap on Guided Access
- Switch on the "Guided Access" toggle
- Switch on the "Accessibility Shortcut" toggle
- Change "Display Auto-Lock" settings to "Never"
- Go back to Settings
- Tap on "Display & Brightness"
- Change "Auto-Lock" settings to "Never":
Enable Guided Access
- Go to the AlfredCamera app on your phone
- Triple-click the home button or the side button, an on-screen instruction will show
- Click on "Start" in the upper right corner
- Set a passcode
Disable Guided Access
- Triple-click the home button or the side button
- Enter your passcode
- Click on "End" in the upper left corner
- Set a passcode
