In order to allow you to experience the perfect combination of software and hardware of AlfredCamera, we provide a one-month trial Premium service for users who purchase any of our hardware products for the first time.
We have listed out some frequently asked questions for the free trial of Premium that came with your order:
How does the free trial work?
The first-ever hardware purchase will come with a free one-month trial of Alfred Premium automatically. You can redeem the free trial manually within the AlfredCamera app.
The Monthly Premium plan will start renewing automatically after your free trial ends unless you unsubscribe before the end of the one-month trial.
How do I redeem the Premium trial?
Before redeeming your free trial, please ensure that you have checked the following:

- The AlfredCamera app on your Viewer device is updated to the latest version
- You're currently a free user
- You have successfully paired your AlfredCam
- You have not redeemed the free trial before
- If you are using an iOS Viewer device, please make sure it is running iOS 14.2 or above
- On your Viewer device, go to the Premium tab
- Scroll through the page for the subscription details then tap Start 1-month free trial at the bottom
⚠️ Note: If your account doesn't upgrade to Premium after redeeming the free trial, tapping Restore purchases will resend the request to activate the upgrade correctly.
Why can't I see the free trial page?
If you don’t see the free trial page with the button to redeem, it often indicates one of the reasons below:
- This account has already redeemed the free trial (a free trial is only offered to your account on the first purchase of AlfredCam)
- Your account is already subscribed to Alfred Premium and you are currently a Premium user
- Your iOS device is running an OS version below iOS 14.2. Please update your device's OS or use another device that supports this version
Does my free trial expire?
The opportunity to redeem your one-month trial doesn’t expire. However, once activated, the trial lasts for a month. So, whether you start your trial immediately after purchasing or months later, once activated, you’ll have access to our product for one full month without any charges.
Does the monthly Premium start renewing after my free trial ends?
The Monthly Premium plan will start renewing automatically for $5.99 per month after your free trial ends unless you unsubscribe before the end of the one-month trial.
⚠️ Note: The actual amount of the monthly subscription fee might vary depending on your location.
⚠️ Note: We will send you a confirmation email when your free trial has been activated and another two days before it expires.
Can I use AlfredCam without a Premium subscription?
As a free user, you may still use AlfredCam without a subscription.
