Can I transfer my free trial to others?
- Please note that you must use the email account used to purchase the product to log in to the AlfredCamera app in order to enjoy the 1-month free trial. This 1-month trial is non-transferable and cannot be used by other people (or other accounts).
Subscription policy
- By purchasing AlfredCam/AlfredCam Plus (Free 1-Month Trial Included), you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees as set forth on the website. The subscription will auto-renew and be billed at the end of its duration.
- Payment: You authorize AlfredCamera to charge your designated payment method for the subscription fees and any applicable taxes.
- Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel the subscription as outlined in the Cancellation Policy below. Renewal fees will be charged to your designated payment method.
- Free Trial: It will begin on the date you receive and pair AlfredCam/AlfredCam Plus with the AflredCamera App and continue for the duration specified. Upon expiration of the free trial, you will be billed for the subscription unless you cancel before the trial period ends.
Cancellation policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and following the cancellation procedures. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period. For example, if you receive and pair with AlfredCam/AlfredCam Plus on January 1, your 1-month free trial starts on January 1. You must cancel the subscription at least twenty-four (24) hours before February 1, which means you must cancel on January 30, to avoid being charged for a new monthly Subscription Period beginning on February 1.
- Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to Alfred Premium services until the end of the current billing period.
- Re-subscription: If you cancel your subscription and later decide to re-subscribe, you may be subject to the current subscription fees and terms at the time of re-subscription.

If you wish to cancel the subscription, there are two methods available:
- Manage your subscription through the links provided in your order confirmation emails.
- Open the AlfredCamera app, navigate to the "More" tab, select "My Order," log in, click on "Manage Subscriptions", choose the relevant order, and proceed with the cancellation.

Can I have another free trial when I buy a new AlfredCam/AlfredCam Plus next time?
The complimentary one-month trial of Premium is eligible for the first-ever hardware purchase, limited to one trial per member, regardless of the number of products purchased. After the first month, it will automatically renew as a paid Premium subscription. The actual amount of the monthly subscription fee may vary depending on your location.
If I cancel my order, will the free trial also be canceled?
You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. Please note that if you cancel the order, your free 1-month subscription will also be canceled. To check your shipping status, please find it under My Orders via the More tab in your AlfredCamera app.
If you would like to cancel your order, please follow the steps below:
- Tap the More tab
- Tap My Orders
- Select the order that you want to cancel
- Tap Cancel order under the order details of your order
After submitting your request, you’ll receive an order cancellation confirmation email. We will refund your payment in 5-7 business days after you receive the confirmation email.
