The quality of your videos/live feeds can be affected by the device model, lighting condition, and connection speed. Trying a different network or setup may bring a better result.
You can also try to:
- Improve your network stability
- Add external light sources close to the Camera device
- Switch to a Camera device with a higher camera lens resolution
- Upgrade to Alfred Premium to enjoy HD viewing and recording
