If you find that Motion Detection is missing motions, below are some possible reasons causing this issue:
- Object of interest is not within 15 meters from the Camera device
- Motion is too small to trigger motion recording
- Lighting condition is not ideal
- Background and objects blend together (e.g. snow and white rabbits)
- Camera device was disconnected or crashed
We recommend the following troubleshooting tips:
- Please restart your Camera device
- Make sure the date and time on your Camera device are correct
- Switch off Pause Detection When Moving toggle setting on your camera device
- Set Motion Detection sensitivity to High
