From time to time you might see black screens on your WebViewer. If you do, please check the following items:
- Make sure your Camera device is connected
- Check for firewall
Once you've finished checking for connection and firewall, you can try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Connect your PC/Mac to a different network
- Disable hardware decoding acceleration
- Revert back to the older browser version
- Try other browsers
Disable hardware decoding acceleration
Chrome
- Launch Google Chrome
- Go to Settings
- Click on Advanced
- System
- Disable Use hardware acceleration when available
- Relaunch Chrome
