There are situations in which you may not be able to install/update the Alfred app. In such instances, Google Play Store will show you the following error message:
Your device isn't compatible with this version
This issue mostly happens when there's a network connection issue or a glitch with Google Play Service. To fix the error, please follow the suggestions below to clear Google Play Store's cache and storage/data:
- Try a different connection
- Clear cache and data of the Google Play Store app
- Open your device's Settings app
- Tap Apps or Apps & notifications > See all apps
- Scroll down and tap "Google Play Store"
- Tap Storage & cache
- Tap Clear Cache
- Next, tap Clear storage (or shown as Clear data)
- Re-open the Google Play Store & try your download again
If clearing the cache and storage/data doesn't solve the issue, please try the following suggestions:
- Restart the Google Play Store
- Reinstall the app again
