"Device Management" page allows you to view and manage every device that has been used to log in to your Alfred account. We recommend you review the listed devices regularly. If you found an unrecognized device signed in to your Alfred account, you can remove the device by the steps below:
⚠️ Note: Alfred's "Device Management" only works on app versions that are higher than 2021.6.1. Please update the Alfred app to the latest version on all your Viewer and Camera devices before setting up Alfred’s "Device Management".
How to Remove a Device from my Alfred account?
- Tap the “More” tab
- Tap "Device Management" and you'll see a list of "Active Devices" in the last 30 days
- Check for any suspicious devices. If you find devices that you don't recognize, tap the three-dot icon
- Tap "Sign Out" > "Sign Out"
