Create an account
To create an account with us, you have three options at the login page:
- Continue with Google
- Continue with Email
- Continue with Apple
Opting to create your account via Email involves a crucial step to verify your email address. Simply follow the verification link sent to your inbox to complete this process.
If you prefer a more streamlined approach, selecting either Google or Apple for account creation allows for immediate registration. By granting AlfredCamera access through these platforms, your AlfredCamera account is instantly created using the email address tied to your chosen Google or Apple account.
⚠️ Note: For iOS users, if you opt for the Hide My Email feature during the login process with Apple, a random relay email will be assigned to you. This feature is designed to protect your privacy by preventing AlfredCamera from seeing your Apple ID's email address. Instead, you will register with this unique, randomly generated email provided by Apple.

Reset password
Changing or resetting your password within AlfredCamera is a straightforward process, this is available to users who initially signed up using their email address or for those who added a password to their account later. Whether you're logged into your account or find yourself locked out, updating your password is made simple with the following steps:
If you remember your current password
To change your password while logged in:
- Tap on your account on the More tab
- Tap Password
- Enter your current password first then the new password
If you don't remember your current password
To reset your password when locked out:
- Choose Continue with Email at login
- Enter your email address and tap Continue
- Tap Forget password
- Fill out the information and a password reset link will be sent to your mailbox
Delete an account
While we're sad to see you go, we respect your decision and are here to assist you in deleting your account. Due to security protocols, we require a verification process to confirm account ownership. You have two options: contact us directly using the email address associated with your account for a personalized deletion process, or follow the steps below according to your device type:
On Android devices
- Tap Contact Us on the More tab
- Select Account & Settings > Account & Device Management > Delete my Alfred account
- Make sure you read and accept all the information
- Follow through the onscreen instructions
On iOS devices
- Tap on your account on the More tab
- Scroll down to find Delete account
- Make sure you read and accept all the information
- Follow through the onscreen instructions
Please be aware that once you submit your deletion request, all data associated with your account, including Events and Moments, will be permanently erased after 14 days. This action is irreversible, so we encourage you to ensure that all necessary data is backed up or saved elsewhere should you need it in the future.
