To add someone to your Trust Circle, please
- Tap on the Camera Settings icon of the Camera you wish to share
- Tap Trust Circle
- Tap Add Account
- Type in any email address you want to give access to
Once you finish the process, the person you add to your Trust Circle will receive an email notification and they can simply log into the AlfredCamera app using the shared email and the Camera should be presented in the camera list.
How do I remove someone from my Trust Circle?
To remove someone from your Trust Circle, please
- Tap on the Camera Settings icon of the Camera you wish to remove the access of
- Tap Trust Circle
- Tap or swipe left on the account you'd like to delete
Access for shared members of Trust Circle
By adding someone to your Trust Circle, you're granting certain privileges that enable them to engage with the system in meaningful ways, ensuring they remain connected while maintaining the integrity and privacy of your account. Here's what they can do as a shared member:
- Live viewing
- Live features, including:
- Talk
- Record
- Rotate
- Low-light / Night Vision
- Event viewing
- Receiving motion alerts

Can I leave Trust Circle on my own?
As a shared member, you can leave the Trust Circle at any time, please
- Tap on the Camera Settings icon of the Camera you wish to leave
- Tap on Leave Trust Circle
Can I customize permissions within the Trust Circle?
Currently, the option to select specific permissions for members within the Trust Circle is not available. We've designed the Trust Circle to simplify sharing and ensure a consistent experience for all users, providing peace of mind and ease of use when monitoring your space together.
Why am I still seeing ads after I'm added to Trust Circle?
If you've been added to a Trust Circle by an owner whose account is upgraded to Premium, you might wonder why you're still seeing ads. The reason lies in the account-specific nature of Premium benefits: if your personal account hasn't been upgraded to Premium, the ad-free experience and other Premium benefits won't apply to you as the Premium privileges are exclusive to the account that has been upgraded to Premium status.
Can Trust Circle members delete my videos?
Trust Circle members do not have the capability to delete any of your videos. This design is intentional, prioritizing your control and security over the footage. As the account holder, you retain exclusive rights to manage (delete or preserve) your videos, ensuring that your privacy and control over your content are uncompromised.
