Connection Report shows you how the Camera device's connections were throughout the week. From time to time you may experience disconnections even when your WiFi seems to be fine—The Connection Report will provide you with connection data as well as suggestions to strengthen your connection.
Note: The connection data is updated every 2~4 hours.
How do I use Connection Report?
There are two ways for you to use Connection Report:
Method 1
- Tap the Check icon
- Tap Connection Report
- Check the weekly Camera Offline Statistics (The data is updated every 4 hours)
- Slide down to see the WiFi/Power Level:

- Tap on the Camera setting wheel
- Tap on Connection Report
- Check the weekly Camera Offline Statistics (The data is updated every 4 hours)
