How do I create an account?
To create an account with us, you have two options at the login page:
- Continue with Google
- Continue with Apple
Selecting either option allows for immediate registration using the email address tied to your chosen account.
⚠️ Note: For iOS users, If you opt for the "Hide My Email" feature when logging in with Apple, a random relay email will be assigned to you for privacy protection.
Can I register at any time?
Absolutely! Whether you start with our basic features or want to explore further, you can register at any time to enjoy more of what we offer. Our service is designed to be flexible, allowing you to upgrade your experience whenever you're ready.
Will my data be saved after I register?
Yes, all data created while using Guest Access Mode will be transferred to your registered account. Specifically:
- Paired Camera Devices: These will remain paired, so you won't need to re-login or re-pair them.

Events Recorded: All previously recorded events will be transferred to your registered account. The retention period for these events will adjust according to the paid benefits associated with your registered account.
- For example:
- If your Guest Access is a free membership before registration, events will be stored for 7 days.
- If your Guest Access is upgraded to a premium membership before registration, events will be stored for 14 days.

Registering an account ensures the continuity of your Alfred Camera experience while potentially offering additional benefits.
Will this affect me if I'm already a registered user?
You can still log in the same way, and your existing recorded videos or paid user benefits will not be affected. However, please remember to select "I am already an AlfredCamera user. Log In" when you open the app to access your existing Alfred account. If you choose "Get Started," a brand new account will be created.
What should I do if I accidentally delete my Alfred account?
- For Free Users: Once you uninstall the AlfredCamera app, your account will also be permanently deleted. To use our services again, you'll need to relaunch the app and click "Get Started" to create a new Guest mode account.
- For Premium Users: Contact our customer support immediately. Please provide your User ID and either your order number or the email address associated with your subscription to help us transfer your subscription benefit.
How do I subscribe to Premium?
