This innovative technology leverages powerful AI person detection capabilities to provide clearer real-time all person-related detections. Recognizing the potential and importance of this new feature, we are committed to continuously improving and refining it to serve your needs better.
What is AI Frame 
?
AI Frame leverages advanced AI technology to provide a clearer and more accurate real-time display of all person-related detections in the Live feed, Event Book, and Continuous Recording.
With AI Frame, you can see the precise detection of individuals in your surveillance feed, indicated by a green box, making it easier to trust and rely on our detection capabilities. AI Frame also helps you accurately set camera angles to ensure the best person detection results. When anomalies occur in person detection, AI Frame enables you to identify potential misdetection spots, allowing you to adjust the camera to reduce false alarms.
How do I set up AI Frame?
There are currently two ways to enable AI Frame:
To enable AI Frame in Live mode:
- Tap Live.
- Turn on the AI Frame.
To enable AI Frame in Camera Settings:
- Tap Camera Settings.
- Tap Detections.
- Turn on the AI Frame.

What are the system requirements?
- AlfredCamera app version: 2024.14.0 and above
- AlfredCam firmware version: 1.12.0 and above
⚠️ Note: WebCamera does not support the AI Frame feature. However, you can still use the AI Frame feature when using WebViewer with the AlfredCamera app or AlfredCam.
Why is there only one frame?
When configuring AI Frame, the software camera and AlfredCam Plus support up to eight frames. However, AlfredCam currently supports only one frame. This distinction arises from the different technologies used in AlfredCam.
Can I add or remove AI Frame in a video?
No, once a video has been recorded, it is not possible to add or remove the AI Frame. AI Frame is applied in real-time during recording, and the feature cannot be altered post-recording.
